1. Can I access my email via webmail?
   Yes! You can access webmail through either ipdream.net/ub/ for UebiMiau, or ipdream.net/horde/ for Horde IMP. Note: Your login is your full email address (e.g. name@domain.com).
2. Do you have a step-by-step guide for signing up and making a website transfer?
   Yes! See our Step-by-step Signup/Transfer Guide then signup for a new web hosting plan!
3. I don't know much about managing web accounts or my domain—can you help me transfer my account?
   Yes! You can read our Site Uploading Guide to start uploading your website to our server. Be sure that you have already signed up, then you will be able to access our server to store your website. Once your account is setup, you can create a Trouble Ticket in the control panel to ask for any assistance you may need involving the transfer.
4. Do I have to renew my current domain name registration if I'm signing up for a new account?
   Nothing about your domain(s) will change and renewals will be the same as they always have been. Just signup for a new web hosting plan now so we can get your domain into our system and you can show your website to the world!

6. How do I turn on Frontpage 2000 extensions for my website?
   To enable Frontpage extensions, login to the Control Panel using the information provided to you upon signup. After logging in, Go to the Web Options section and edit the domain of your choosing. Look for the "Frontpage Extensions" button and turn it on. You may need to Apply settings after turning them on by clicking on the Apply link at the top of the Web Options page.
7. How do I setup my own MySQL databases?
   First login to the Control Panel using the information provided to you upon signup. After logging in, go to the "MySQL Server" icon under the Databases section. Click on Add Database and input the name of the database you wish to create.

   Note: You will have to setup at least one user to access the database. If you are transferring your database from another server, make sure that the MySQL user's login info is the same as it was on the old server. Otherwise certain applications may not function properly.
